How can I bid at your auctions?
Generally in order to bid you must register for a bidder number. This unique number will be linked to your registration information. In some instances a cash deposit may be required in order to receive a bidder number, however you deposit is refundable if you do not purchase anything.
Can I bid online?
Yes & No. Our company offers both “Live & Online Auctions, however not all our auctions offer internet bidding. Some auctions are strictly “Live” and others are both “live” and “online”. Our website will clearly state whether or not internet bidding is available.
Are there warranties on the items sold at auction?
Typically all items sold at auction are sold in “As Is” condition with no warranty. It is the responsibility of the bidder to research and test each item before bidding. In most cases we hold a preview where potential bidders can inspect items prior to auction.
I just won an item at auction, what’s next?
If you are done bidding and no longer wish to participate in the auction, you will be directed to one of our cashiers to pay for your purchase, upon completion of payment you will be allowed to remove your item from the auction premises.
How long do I have to pick up my items?
Typically all items purchased must be removed the same day. Additional time for removal may be granted on an appointment basis.
What form of payment do you accept?
CASH is king! Most of our abandoned property auctions are CASH ONLY sales.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes! Sales tax rate will vary from county to county. Unless you hold a valid California Re Sale Number you will be obligated to pay sales tax on items purchased.
